Blue Comet supports that calendar with carry-forward between reports, amendment filings, and the Recurring Committee plan ($500/year for 6 credits, including 2 amendments) — or pay $250 per report.
Yes. When a PAC or committee faces Virginia’s accelerated election-year calendar, filings come more often than the standard quarterly schedule. The Election Year package is $750 for 10 report credits (including 2 amendments).
